Sandra Maxwell
Senior Vice President & COO

Sandra Maxwell is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to her promotion, Maxwell was Vice President of Marketing.  She is a former manager at BellSouth, director of the Technology Learning Center at Hinds Community College, and executive director of the Mississippi Governor’s Office for Children and Youth. She was also marketing and business manager of Maxwell Productions, directing all activities of the touring production company to 30 states and 13 countries.

Active in community, cultural, and civic affairs, she has served as coordinator of the Governor’s Conference on the Arts and as a consultant with the Mississippi Arts Commission.  She created a monthly forum for artists for the Jackson Arts Alliance and has assisted in numerous political campaigns.  

Maxwell holds a Master of Instructional Technology from City University in Seattle, Washington, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Memphis. She lives in Jackson.
