The Next Scrambler is set for Wednesday Feb. 22 and will focus on Transportation. Speaking will be Senate Highways and Transportation Committee Chair Willie Simmons and House Transportation Committee Chair Robert Johnson.

The event will be Sponsored by the Mississippi Road Builders' Assocaition.

MEC members from around the state can take part via conference call.

Breakfast gets underway at 7:30 a.m. and the program begins at 8 a.m. Those joining the meeting via conference simply dial in at 7:55 a.m.

Opening Scrambler on Appropriations

The first MEC Legislative Scrambler breakfast was held on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at the Mississippi Museum of Art from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Senate Appropriations Chair Buck Clarke and House Appropriations Chair Herb Frierson were the featured speakers.
